Oak of Sweden is a Swedish urban sportswear brand focusing on down jackets and padded jackets for the high-end ladies’ and men’s fashion market.
The brand was founded in Sweden in 2005 and is in the same company group as the Swedish brand A-One International that was founded in 1979. Oak of Sweden’s head office is in Stockholm, Sweden.
The name/logo Oak of Sweden is inspired by the Swedish oak tree that symbolizes Sweden, our history, and our nature in a very nice way. By coincidence the letters OAK also stands for Ove And Katarina which are my and my wife’s names.
Our design is based on the Swedish tradition of developing high-end outerwear and we find our inspiration and ideas from that heritage. Our ambition is to create the best urban sportswear winter jackets the market can offer.
The Oak of Sweden keywords that we base our design on;
- Quality: The best production, down, padding, lining and accessories.
- Fitting: The balance and the fitting of a ladies’ and men’s jacket is one of the cornerstones in a successful design.
- Surface: Nice surface shell fabrics that copes with cold and rainy climates.
- Colors: We want you to be seen.
